Power of Attorney
A Power of Attorney is a document that gives someone you select the legal authority to make decisions on your behalf about your financial affairs, such as your assets or bank accounts, or personal health matters, such as medical care.
A will is a written document that sets out an individual’s wishes about how their estate should be cared for and distributed after death. A will takes effect upon the individual’s death.
Virtual commissioning is an authentication and signature process for taking affiidavits and statutory declarations that uses audio-video technology, such as Skype or FaceTime.
